Healthy Eating Workshop- Today @ 7pm

Don't forget that the Healthy Eating workshop due to take place in school in April has been rescheduled and will now be held on Zoom THIS EVENING @ 7pm.

Edel Owens from Optimum Health will deliver a talk on childhood nutrition and how you can help your child to live a healthy lifestyle. As well as being a qualified nutritionist, Edel is a former teacher and mother of four young children so she is very well versed on the challenges of encouraging our youngsters to eat a balanced, nutritious diet.
