Bhí áthas orainn fáilte a chur roimh an Gharda Cósta agus a n-ingearán inniu. B’iontach an radharc é an t-ingearán a fheiceáil ag eitilt isteach agus ag tuirlingt os comhair na scoile agus bhí na páistí uilit ar bís faoi!
Bhí deis againn bheith ag siúil thart air agus bheith ag amharc isteach ann chomh maith le ceisteanna a chur ar na tarrthálaí. Ba mhaith linn ár mbuíochas a ghabháil le Niall Doyle as an lá a reachtáil dúinn.
We were delighted to welcome the Irish Coast Guard helicopter to school today. It was a wonderful sight to see the helicopter flying in and landing in front of the school and the children were all hugely excited!
We had the opportunity to walk around the helicopter and even got a look inside as well as the chance to ask some questions to the rescuers. Finally, we would like to thank Niall Doyle for organising the event today. Go raibh míle maith agat!
